With these combination of resistance band exercises and bodyweight work, your body’s aesthetic should be like a Titan in no time 😎
- Program Delivery: Available through browser, iOS and Android app! Follow along with videos on your computer or mobile device. When you purchase, access this in one of our apps or your browser!
- Who is the Ideal Client for This Program? All ages and genders can follow these workouts. Beginner and advanced lifters can perform these movements.
- Equipment Needed: One resistance band or set of resistance bands
- Duration: 30 Days, 40-60 Minutes 4 Days a Week (can be extended indefinitely and repeated)
- To maximize results, you should repeat once or twice !
- User Level: Beginner to Advanced
- Goal: Build muscle and burn fat (aesthetic)
- Burn 50 to 120 calories per 10 minutes, depending on your lean body mass, intensity, and conditioning
