Program Info:
The name of the game in this program is intensity and volume to help you build muscle. As long as you put in the work you will gain size while mastering your kettlebell technique!
- Program Delivery: Available through browser, iOS and Android app! Follow along with videos on your computer or mobile device. When you purchase, access this in one of our apps or your browser!
- Who is the Ideal Client for This Program? All ages and genders can follow these workouts. These are intermediate to advanced movements recommended for those who have training experience or have completed other Living.Fit plans.
- Equipment Needed: A few kettlebells. Ideally a light pair, medium pair and heavy pair in addition to a resistance band and pull up bar or substitute.
- Duration: 30 Days, 40-60 Minutes Per Day (can be extended indefinitely and repeated)
- User Level: Intermediate to Advanced
- Goal: Build Strength
In some sets you can choose to record how much time you performed the movement for or how many reps. We might write the plan as saying, “Do 20 seconds of a certain movement”. For your own tracking and logging, you can choose which you want to record in the log and indicate how much time you did the movement for or how many reps
