For those who want to work more closely with a professional we offer the ability to upgrade your membership to work with an experienced trainer. This includes 4 one hour personal training sessions per month via live stream as well as custom plans.
Get matched with a Living.Fit certified trainer who will listen to your goals, assess your current abilities and write a custom workout plan to follow on a daily basis. You will be able to follow along with this workout in your Living.Fit portal. In addition, our team will provide ideas for which weight to use, potential movement substitutes for movement and address your workout history.
Trainers meet with you online each week. In that time you can work on form corrections, go through your workout, ask questions and make progress towards your goals.
Living.Fit trainers have years of experience and must carry certain certifications and designations to work with our members. This is a big advantage for you. If you were to walk into any gym, you might very well have to work with an inexperienced trainer. Our team has spent years working with clients, honing their craft and improving their education.

- Pricing: Our team of experienced trainers normally work for $108 per session. This is an industry standard rate for experienced trainers. This membership contains a discount of $82.01 off normal rates by committing to 4 sessions with our trainers. Four monthly sessions normally costs $432. This membership is $349.99 per month and can be cancelled anytime.
