Program Info:
This is the follow up to our popular basic workout program, Kettlebell Origins!
You are going to continue to build your strength and your movement proficiency. It’s going to allow you to do more with the kettlebell
- Program Delivery: Available through browser, iOS and Android app! Follow along with videos on your computer or mobile device. When you purchase, access this in one of our apps or your browser!
- Equipment Needed: One kettlebell, One light to medium Resistance Band would be helpful, one pull up bar. You can sub bent over rows for pull us if you do not have access to a pull station.
- Duration: 30 Days, 40-60 Minutes Per Day (can be extended indefinitely and repeated)
- User Level: Intermediate to Advanced
