Battle Rope Basics
- Our team teaches trainers at 5 major gym chains & has worked with thousands of clients like you! We use that same expertise & experience to create simple to follow workout plans that will get you the results you want.
About 20 minutes into this course you will realize that the misconceptions of Battle Ropes abound. We will take a tool that is often thought of as an upper-body finisher or enhanced cardio tool, and turn it into a full body tool, that can drive results for any training need, including mobility, stability, strength, power, and endurance. This is done through an easy-to-understand approach to the laws of physics and the body’s physiological adaptation process. We consolidated this course based off the material we teach to major gym chains. This course is not a library of movements. Each of our battle rope workout plans contains its own library of movements. This course is designed to educate you about how you can use battle ropes for different goals.
