• Equipment Needed: One kettlebell
• Duration: 6 Hours. Take at your own pace. No time limit.
• User Level: Beginner to Advanced. No experience needed to take this course

• Delivery: Available through browser, iOS and Android app!  Follow along with videos on your computer or mobile device. When you purchase, access this in one of our apps or your browser! 
• Complete a multiple choice assessment at the end to obtain your proof of completion. You can take the assessment multiple times and review against videos.
• Test Out: This course contains a 2 hour physical test out with instructor via live stream or in person. The test DOES NOT contain a proof of strength or reps. Do I need to purchase LF1 first? You do not have to purchase LF1 first. Since this course contains the LF1 videos and assessment, you can start on LF2 and complete all steps to achieve this designation
