This programs whole focus is burning fat off your body. We have structured this plan to allow you to engage in intensive training while also allowing your muscle sufficient recovery time. This program employs interval training principles facilitating efficient fat loss each session. Let us put even the most stubborn fat to the test and toss it in the furnace.
- Program Delivery: Available through browser, iOS and Android app! Follow along with videos on your computer or mobile device. When you purchase, access this in one of our apps or your browser!
- Equipment Needed: 1 Pair of Dumbbells That You Can Press Overhead.
- Optimal – An entire of set of dumbbells from 5 pounds to 100 pounds, in increments of 5 pounds or 10 pounds.
- Duration: 30 Days, 40-60 Minutes Per Day, 5 Days Per Week (can be extended indefinitely and repeated)
- To maximize results, we recommend repeating once or twice!
- Suitable For: Beginner to Advanced
- Goal: Build strength and lean body mass
- Calories Burned 50 to 120 calories per 10 minutes, depending on your lean body mass, intensity, and conditioning
