About 10 Minutes to Transform:
Transform yourself starting with just 10 minutes per day! If you don’t have any other tools you can still do this program as it goes from very basic and very easy to start, to more and more complex, more and more engaging, and more and more entertaining. The whole point of this program is everybody has 10 minutes to spare so if you can take 10 minutes then you can transform yourself.
- Equipment Needed: Bodyweight is all you need. We include demos about how to add any of the following to any workout to increase the challenge: One kettlebell, sandbag, slam ball or dumbbells (any form of weight), pull up bar or alternative
- Duration: 30 Days, 10 Minutes Per Day (can be extended indefinitely and repeated)
- User Level: Beginner
- Goal: Burn Fat, Build Muscle
- Burn 50 to 120 calories per 10 minutes, depending on your lean body mass, intensity, and conditioning
